The Accu-Tech team exhibited at the  IMAPS show (International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging). This event was held  October 8-11, 2018 in Pasadena CA . The engineering team discussed possible applications, as well as solutions with visitors to our booth. Laser machining and marking fit well in the field of Microelectronics manufacturing.

Accu-Tech is in the final phase of integrating a new Laser Workstation into its Micro Via – Flex Panel department. This new laser tool will boost our capacity and add backup systems to better serve our quick turnaround circuit board customers. While this new workstation is already carrying its share of the load. It is going through final checks and updates to boost its capabilities and ease of use. This long wave InfraRed laser is excellent for removing thin dielectric from lower copper layers. This applies to pad production and multilayer connections.
